Shipping/Processing
Processing time

"Processing" is the amount of time it takes for your order to be prepared/made before it gets shipped out. Processing is the duration of time taken to make an order and has ZERO correlation to shipping. Please bear in mind, every order is handmade, hand prepared, and hand packaged.

Shipping
Shipping occurs after your order has concluded processing times. There are a variety of different options when it comes to shipping methods, we simply use First Class (standard), and Priority Mail (which means your package will arrive to you in appx. 22-3 business days after your order has been processed). Keep in mind, selecting priority mail upon checkout does not speed up your processing time. It is simply a method of shipping once USPS receives it.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges strictly due to sanitary reasons. All of our products are thoroughly hand inspected to ensure our products quality. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged Products
We are not responsible for damaged items; however contact us via email. pcream92@yahoo.com. This must be done within 48hrs of upon delivery of the product. Please include extensive photos and videos of the damage. So we can properly access the situation to find a solution.
